A health coach provides education, support, and encouragement for transitioning to and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This is tailored to each individual, whether this means weekly emails, daily phone calls, or a workout/grocery shopping buddy. We will discuss what your goals are, what roadblocks may stand in your way, and how best to get you to your goals.

A Primal or Paleo lifestyle is based on what kind of life our ancestors would have had, therefore what our body is hardwired to expect. This includes the types of foods available to them, the amount of movement, sleep, sun, play, etc.

what is included in the 12 week coaching program?

The 12 week coaching program is tailored to each individual’s needs, but typically includes biweekly coaching sessions with weekly check-ins. Other support may include a pantry clean-out, grocery shopping or restaurant trip, workout demonstrations, etc. If more support is needed than the weekly sessions, we’ll find a solution that works for you! We’re in this together.
